Hogs were scared of something, need advice.

Im nervous abt changing something right before the hunt. Also wind swirling and blowing the wrong way..its hard to fool a pigs nose.

Like others have said, never change your bait up right before you hunt. It's not that they didnt want your bait. They are smart, they will feel it out.
