DEF filling problem on 6.7L

    There is a pressure relief valve on top of the tank close to where the hose goes into the tank. It gets dirty & corroded. I have the 2011 6.7 F250. Pressure wash it & move it around with your fingers. Problem solved. I cleaned mine the other day while I had it on a lift. From the back you can see it looking over the rear axel.

      I had it also. Mine is a 2016 and had to have the def sensors replaced last month at 8000 miles.

        Interesting. I have never had this but then again I don't fill the DEF until I get the 500 mile warning
