    Pigs - greed vs weather?

Weather is warming up quite a bit this week. Hunted Sunday night in upper 30s and going back tmw night in lower 70s. Wind will be 16 from the south, perfect direction for my stand just curious about the warm weather and high wind. Pigs have been attacking the feeder daily. Any reason to suspect the warm weather or wind will change their pattern?

I think their pattern will change with the warmer weather.

I had them come in, last time I hunted, new years weekend. It was very windy that evening, they just seemed way more cautious as they were creeping in. Once they got to eating the corn, it didn't seem to bother them. As far as warmer temps, I assume that will affect them, more than the wind.

So maybe they come later to let it cool off more?

Started hand feeding last Sunday. Fed mid week. And I went to feed again this past Sunday, and they were already there at 3:20PM. This time of year and through Feb, I've seen them out in the afternoon lots of times. Not much to forage on this time of year. And they are pigs, will eat what they can get, when they can get it as soon as possible. Bet if you got in your blind at 2PM, and set your feeder to go off at 4PM, they would be there waiting, if they don't' get to much pressure. Then throw again at sunset. And again 1.5 hours after.

I will say once it gets so warm, lots of times they will pattern: wallow to get cooled down and insects off before coming to feed. But that's a good ways off.

My feeder goes off at 5pm for 6secs and 7pm for 3. Also at 730am for 3 seconds but the corn is always there in the afternoon. Pigs are on camera between 5:30 pm and 10pm. Usually hang out for an hour or so

If hunting pressure is light, they should still be around. Its not that "hot" to force them to feed all night.
