I'm looking, but just not seeing! I'm in the same boat, but looking for a black female.

Buddies mom breeds English Labs, not too sure if she has chocolate labs but you might look into it. Hill Country Labradors in Kerrville.

I wouldn't be apposed to black or yellow. How do the yellow do with shedding tho?

A good breeder will not have these issues with Choc. Labs. Good breeders, especially quality English lab breeders are looking for temperament, desire to retrieve, etc, not color specific.

Lab in my profile pic is from WaterBound Retrievers. Great dog. His name is Roy Cone. He's still breeding out of KS, but his daughter lives in Southlake I believe. He can get the dogs here that way. Also look at Dickendall Ret.

I have an English Lab, Duke. He's yellow he sheds. That's what Labs do lol.

He has shoulder muscles like a dang pit bull, block head short snout all the things I look for in my Labs.

Good luck, he's my best buddy and probably smarter than I am in the field.

My Choc hates water and sometimes, well lots of times, smells. I don't use him to hunt, but he enjoys being outside with me by my side when I work around the yard or cook on the smoker. Sheds too.
