First hunt on Thanksgiving!

For years I had a string of success stories out of one stand location on Thanksgiving. I would leave that stand area alone till that special day. It was also special as I would try and get my dad and brother to hunt that same morning before the feast. My dad had a stroke almost two years ago so I will be thinking about him and his hunting influence when I was growing up. Last couple years I've been too lazy and too far behind processing deer so I hope there is a big boy out there. I consider tomorrow morning my first hunt as it will be my first one to last more than 1 1/2 hour!

I will be experimenting with a new product that I hope will make the difference if it does I will spread the word in Texas as I am the first guy to get a crack with it.

I do have a BIG buck there as evidenced by large cedar rubs that I havn't seen in maybe 15 years. I'm gonna have to have my "A" game to get a crack at this boy.
