    Question on Ground Blinds

I saw in some of the live hunt threads in Brushy Hill / First point were they made fantastic looking ground blinds but used a cloth that looked like a ghillie suit material. But also like moss . Is there a good looking clothe material like a blanket or is it just ghillie suits cut up ?

You can buy heavy duty camo netting at Academy.

Academy has camo burlap cheap if you throw it in dirty water a few times to soften it up it makes really good blind material.

Hobby lobby has some stuff for plant decorations and things that come in rolls that looks just like moss. Can't remember what its called but seems like it would be expensive to use it. Doubt it would be real durable over time either.

Burlap, old fake Christmas trees, garland all make good material. Gotta put some natural stuff on it though.

Yes we use ghillie blankets you can buy online. I can tell you that the one my brother bought was far better than the one I bought. He bought 5x9 ghillie blanket and it was from an online ghillie store. Don't get the 5x12 ghillie blankets like the ones I bought. Cheap and crappy

I'm pretty sure you can buy 3D camo netting from Academy.

The 3D camp netting from academy sucks. So does the burlap. That stuff might as well be one time use because it tears to streams when you tray to take it out of the brush your set up in. Cheaper yes but you get what you pay for
