Badlands order???

Was wondering if any of you guys that ordered the free Element Bottoms from Badlands have received them yet? I placed an order after seeing the thread on here about them on 12/19/16 and as of today have not receive them. I do have an email with the order number.

I'm still waiting on mine as well. Received an email to rate them as well Don't even have them yet! Doubtful we are going to receive though.

They cancelled the orders

I found out after I complained. The orders were on items that were back ordered they cancelled them due to a glitch. When I got an email wanting a review on their customer service, I ripped them for not notifying about cancellation and said they lost a customer. Next thing I know I get an email apologizing, with some free gifts being sent my way. They then asked for my original order number and two sets are on their way. We will see.

What is interesting is I tried to place an order right after the OP posted the info for two pair but their system never would accept the order. I thought it was too good to be true so never gave it another thought. Several days later, I got an email saying the order had shipped. They arrived on my doorstep 12/30 and the invoice said 0.00 due after the promo credit.

Thanks guys, I'm going to call the 800 number tomorrow and complain and let them know I won't ever order from them again.
