CDL & DL Question

In order to vote I made the mistake of switching my address on my DL(moved-new house) and I got sent a new DL and my CDL dropped off of it

For my job I need my CDL immediately. It expires in the summer of this year, but I need it until then.

What can I do to get it added back on? I want to get it added back on now as I know when it comes time for renewal I would probably have to go thru the entire test again. On a side note, I have both of my DL cards but obviously in the files it got dropped off

Hopefully someone has the answers for me. Thanks in advance

I would imagine the first thing you should do is call and ask the DMV.

Try contacting DMV. If you don't get results contact your State Senator or Representative.

I'm sure you know but, your medical card is current correct? If it's not, they will drop your CDL. If it is current then I would just go to DMV and I'm sure they will straighten it out. I wouldn't waste the time calling.

Unfortunately the whole system is jacked up. I've heard lots of stories like yours. Good luck!

They have done that to me once. A few phone calls and an email of my current up to date med card was enough to put the CDL back into effect and prevent me from having to start from scratch.

Yes I have my med cert and its valid. When I renewed DL I think I needed to go do it in person with my CDL. And cant do it online.

What a load of SHET!!! Got an email saying I didnt submit my medical cert and it dropped my CDL. SO now I need to take all the tests again. No darn way

I guess when I changed my address I needed to submit a medical cert again, no idea why
