    Bug ID- Euro Mount

A friend asked me to ID what bugs are living in the nasal cavity of her Longhorn Euro Mount. She bought this mount at a flea market, so no clue the on quality or care that went in to the taxi work.

    Bug ID?
How to treat and fix the situation?

No idea on bug ID but a soak in peroxide would kill the bugs without damaging the skull

Correct. The seller likely used these to clean the skull. Oftentimes one or two will tag along for the ride. Dunking the skull in a 50/50 solution of bleach and water is what I would do.

1st thing to do is GET IT OUT OF THE HOUSE!
You don't want those things around any other mounts, if he has any.

Personally, I'd put it in a garbage bag with a bug bomb.
Make sure they're ALL dead before you take it back in the house.
