Any pig kill is a good pig kill.. Average smaller loaner boar of 190-200lbs with bow. Came in at 6:15 and was 8:30 before I had a clean shot at him. Was facing me or quartering toward me most of the time. Clean pass through of both shoulder bones at 19 yards with a 57lb bow. 50 yards and he was down. Coons helped provide a distraction when it came time for shot. Had a lot of waist high cockle-burrs to track through . You know where I usually go.

Guess I have overly high expectations on weight from past hunts I've done
. Haven't been bow hunting as much the last few years. Getting GOF I guess. And a lot of work where I go, packing in and out. I really wanted a smaller pig to put in the freezer whole. I've got an up-right freezer. Plus a lot easier to carry/pack out . I'm building a new pit from a 250 gallon tank that I want to put a couple of smaller whole ones on at a time. If I had a chest freezer, I'd just stack them up as long as I could get them in it. Might have to get one later. I'll prob be out again next weekend if my TBH buddy comes by again to pick me up. It's nice having a younger hand to help when your a GOF.

Skinny and FND Live Hunt Challenge 2017
Trying out the GoPro tonight with the hog light. Figured I could use it to film some kill shots at night...looks like it should work pretty good. Still trying to figure this camera out.
