My dad has been brush hogging all the 5' tall Johnson grass in the front pasture over there...I figured the pigs would be all in that stuff. Sure enough, there were countless pigs out in the field on the right side of the road as I was leaving. I hit them with the head lights and they just stood there...so I grabbed my bow and headed their direction. I got to about 40 yard of them and I guess they got my wind and took off into the trees. Bummer. I start heading back to the road and here comes this little bitty rooter right at me. I already had an arrow nocked, so I just hit him with the headlamp and bow light...he stopped less than 10 yards from me and I drilled him good pinning him to the ground. Lol.
Thanks for following along tonight. Was hoping to shoot that big pig, but I'll settle for the smallest I reckon. [emoji23]
