We just got back in the stand. No blood. It was right at last light when pigs came out. Shooter said he didn't need red light. Big sow broadside. I was looking through binos. Hard to tell if pig was hit as it ran behind some cedars soon after shot went on.

I suggested 270 at truck. Hunter wanted AR 223.

Gunna sit a while.

Clean miss? Who knows.

There were a couple pigs still easing off after shot. Coulda got a shot off but hunter couldn't find in scope.

Some people just might might not want to listen to the pros and do it their own way. My wife used to say the definition of stupidity is doing something the same way and expecting different results! Not saying your guests are like that... just sayin' in general!

Well it was a great night. My hunter missed his pig, but the guys up front dropped this boar!!!
