    Shoot better with quiver on?

Anyone notice if they shoot better with a full quiver on their bow than without? I normally leave it off when shooting at home to make it lighter but have been practicing with it on lately since I have it in in my stand. I've been shooting way better and the only thing I can guess is the additional weight keeps it steady. I typically use an 8" B stinger but I honestly can't say it's made much difference except helping tip the bow forward after the shot. The full quiver though seems to help. I may just leave it on all the time.

I'm shopping around for a nice two piece quiver. I never take mine off and the one piece quivers tend to mess up the balance of the bow imo.

I take my quiver off once I get to the stand. To me, it makes it off balance. One less thing to worry about if it is not on the bow.

I never shoot with one one so i wouldn't know. I don't want to have to worry about dragging my fletchings across anything when I go to grab my bow or draw.

I love my tight spot because I can adjust it to balance any way I like..

I've been shooting with mine on for several years now, figured if I every go to the mountains on a elk or mule deer hunt it would be on so I just got use to having now I love it.

I hunt as I practice. I try to make it as consistent and repeatable as possible.

My quiver is always on my bow. I have shot with a quiver on my bow, wheelie and traditional for 40+ years... Most of my hunting used to be spot and stalk, and the best place for your arrows when you're on the move is attached to your bow. It's especially true for elk hunting. I also never use a stabilizer... tried them over the years several times, but never found any positive effects using them. I'm thinking the arrows/quiver sort of act like a stabilizer.

I have a Mathews two piece quiver that stays on my SBXT. I shoot just as well with it on or off. I like having my arrows always at hand.

My quiver never comes off my bow. It's a 2 piece and is bolted to the riser.

I can't say whether it helps with accuracy but I've never had a problem with it on there.

Add weight to bow = shoot better (in general)

Try a side bar. You'll be amazed

I don't like shooting with a quiver on. I do always take an arrow out of the quiver, have it in arms reach so I don't have to fumble around trying get another arrow out when my adrenaline is flowing in case a a second shot is necessary.
