    Comanche county lease possible.

Ok, I ran into a property that possibly might have 560sh acres for lease. What I do know about it is, it has river front, 130-140sh deer, tons of dove, turkeys, and plenty of hogs. I think there is electric and water, not 100% on it. I told him I would take the whole place if it came available. I've visited the property before and I hunt the area now. Lots of deer for sure and a bow hunters dream on the river. Has a high line also. If I'm able to get it, I'll be needing 3-4 spots filled. Total of 5 hunters. Would love to try and manage the property the best I can. Would do surveys and have multiple cameras and feed stations for inventory of the quality and age of deer we have. As far as price, I haven't decided if I would include price with protein or let the members handle their own. Figure at least 2-3 protein stations, couple of food plots, and your own corn feeders. Let me know if your interested and a little about yourself if interested. Also, the landowner is a straight forward, to the point guy. He won't do us wrong. Known the man a long time and is a great guy to deal with.

Ok, flooded with p.m already. Yes, family is welcome but I believe after survey we will all discuss what age and horn structure needs to go. 1 payed spot gets at least 1 buck 1 doe and the rest of the animals like pigs, turkey, dove etc. Only immediate family members will be able to hunt. No buddies!!! Possibly 2 does if we're over runned with the which from what I've been told is the case. Of course you can bring them and let them hang out and enjoy the fire and watching you hunt or film, but spouse and kids get to hunt. Might consider a big dove shoot where buddies and family can come and shoot and cook and hang out. This is NOT first come first serve. Not going to be real picky, but if you show up looking at the property and smell like alcohol and can't mind your manners, I will ask you to leave. I've been dealing with idiots for the past 3yrs on my other place. Will not on this one.

I'd be interested in 2 spots for sure and possibly 4. Trying to get my papa back into hunting and I have another 2 buddies that are looking.
