                  My goodness that is absolutely a beautiful job right there! Any pics of it cut up? You said you cooked by temp... You put probes in the hams, or somewhere else? What temp did you cook it to? If I can shoot me one about that size, I'm gonna try to scrape it and give that a whirl. It sure looks good!
