I got a sous vide and vacuum sealer for Christmas. Giving a couple ribeyes a go. Dinner should be about 7pm. Meantime is football and some Forty Creek later. No going out.

We're doing the same thing with seafood plus oysters. Lots of beer.

FIL has the gumbo going for tonight. Got friends and family coming over and PLENTY of fireworks for the kids and refreshments for the adults! Got a pork loin, cabbage and black eyed peas for tmrw. Hope this weather cooperates here though.
