Finally got to take my new light out and put it to work on some bacon. I don't know why I waited so long to get one. Now I just want to get the headlamp.

Pretty dang far, definitely further than I can shoot. Get one and you will not be disappointed.

What color are you using?

I have both the red and the white. I was using the white on 2 of them and the. I changed to the red and got the last one. The white has a little more distance, but the red is probably the best as it doesn't seem to spook them as bad.
