Yep. I've turned down a bunch of 'em lately and went without a lease last year rather than getting on a bad one just to have one. I need a good one.

Do you have any minimums per say? Acreage, price that kind of stuff. If you want to pm me I can talk to my Father in law in mason and see if he knows of anything if that's not to far.
