    2010 Ranger tire question

Trying to go to 10 ply tires front and back on our ranger. It currently has 25x10x12 on the front and 25x11x12 on the rear. I have found 26x10x12 Mongrels for the front but to go to a 10 ply on the rear I would have to go to a 27x11x12. It appears there is plenty of clearance both front and rear, but will it affect the drivetrain? Obviously not a mechanic, so I thought I would ask the gurus on the Green Screen. Thanks.
And I will take it to our tire shop and get their opinion on the clearance.

Apple Springs. I use to hunt long necks with a wrap around chaser at Clyde and Bernies in Apple Springs in the late 60's while going to SFA.

I've got 8 ply 27x11X14 on my 2010 ranger and no rubbing at all.

Just don't put 26s on the front and 27s on the back. Do the 27s all the way around. But why not just put the 26x10s on the back as well?

Would think you need same tire height front and rear due to the 4 wheel drive. Or at least same increase over stock tires.
