Refrigerator help....

My garage fridge took a dump. Got back from HEB with all my goodies for this weekend's trip and it was room temp. I pulled it out and everything is clean and moving freely. It has power to the starting capacitor and motor but will not turn on.

Any suggestions??

Time for a new one??? Bc I for one don't know how to work on them...
