Actually found literally a pile of those this last summer after a heavy rain in my drive way. 100 plus acre properties out here. Never figured out what it was. Almost looked like mole fetuses. Maybe golpher. Who knows, it was nasty.

It's the cecum and stomach from a rodent. They're the leftover parts that most critters don't eat.

The above pieces of intestine were found on a blood trail.

You know, I never really noticed that until you said something. I always thought it was deer hair. Don't know what to tell you other than if you look at the ground long enough you start to find all kinds of weird ****.

Haha this is true. May just be the pixelation making it look that way. Thanks Sika.

Your bloodtrail happened to cross the crime scene of where a squirrel was murdered .

Those are the stomach and cecum of a squirrel.

When I worked in research for a drug company, I had performed thousands of necropsies on rats, mice rabbits, etc. We got to see lots of "innerds"

We were tracking a gut shot buck. His intestines were hanging out a hole in his belly when we caught him. Any dried up rat or squirrel remains in the vicinity are purely coincidental.

Maybe that deer ate the squirrel earlier for breakfast
