Well I have recently been having some problems with my Engel 65qt cooler that has been used off and on for a little UNDER 1 year. First off, the screws for the latches backed out and I emailed to get the thread pitch and details to replace them and I asked with I could buy replacements directly from them and the woman who replied from there customer service just said "We will not sell replacements. Go to ACE, they'll have them", ok fine that works if you want to be unhelpful. Well 1 month later, I noticed that my seal between the lid and cooler is leaking if there is any liquid in the cooler, it will pour right out easily if the cooler goes vertical. I have now called, left a message and sent 2 emails and have not gotten any response from Engel even several weeks before Christmas. Anyone else have any experience with their customer service? I am just having a hard time with spending so much on a cooler to have horrible customer service. One thing Yeti is VERY good at!
