That little scar was on him prior to rage not making it deep enough into the cage

Betting with the rage it hit the shoulder bone and redirected the arrow forward with the sterling shot. Just a flesh wound.

They are one of the hardest animals to kill with a bow. I have one the wall we tracked blood sprayed everywhere with a heart shot and he still went about 100 yards.
