    Choices, need help please!

Now that I have my target buck down for this year, I am going to concentrate on getting 2 does for jerky, one with the bow and one with a pistol. Here are my choices for pistols and loads. Give me your opinions on which would be the most effective please.

Ruger Security 6 6" barrel shooting 158 grain JHP hand loads, loaded hot!

Kahr XD 40 Sub Compact shooting Speer Gold Dot 180 grain GDHP

Glock 30 or Springfield XD 45 ACP Tactical shooting Federal 45 +P 230 grain HST.

    What would be your choice?

Ruger all day. Just something about hunting with a wheel gun that turns my crank. GP 101 in 357magnum is my go to.

I would have made jerky out of the buck not the doe. I would go with the Ruger

I would have, but due to him freezing solid and being over 2 hours to the guy that makes my jerky when he thawed and I could cape him, I just took him close to a processor and will be way closer to the jerky man than I am at home. I have a place that makes a whole deer into jerky for $125, way cheap in my opinion! The buck will be fine eating and so will the does.
