    My wife would like you to do something like a Jason deli. There is no really good salad bar in the Keller/Southlake area.

            I see you are from louisiana, you are bound to know of a great seafood type joint, mostly fried fish and shrimp, gumbo, cold beer, neat atmosphere. We have the Flying Fish here along with another joint called Zekes that has my interest.
