Whats your go-to knife for cleaning?

I feel that with all the deer hunting equipment threads I think the knives are one of the most overlooked item. IMO a good knife can make or break the experience of cleaning game.

My go to knife is my everyday carry Benchmade, with a Puma that I use as my back up.

Whats your favorite knife for cleaning game?

Buck Folding Hunter. It's easy to carry, sharpens pretty easy, and will get pretty close to lasting a whole deer before I have to hit it on the steel.

I use the $25 gerbers. I loose crap every year and it only hurts a little when these turn up missing.

I have a couple of butcher knives for skin-n/field dress-n and a 12" serrated one for cut-n ribs loose form back bone. Also have a Gerber pocket folder for fielddress-n if needed.
