The waiting for your turn is the worse part, it will be a lot better in the end. As soon as you get back to your room get up and walk. That knock out medicine they give you takes awhile to wear off. You got this.

My father has had both shoulders, both hips and a knee replaced. If it's any consolation he says the shoulders are the easiest recovery of the three.
