Just made the trip to the Lease with my son to try and get it done this week. We are after a big cull and my trophy so hope this is the week.

Reminds me of my lease near Ballinger. Late in the year those does would come pouring over from the neighbor's place about thirty minutes before dark. Picked up several freezer fillers just sitting down in the pasture and waiting.

There are a few small spikes in that group. Just saw a couple 8pts setting up to be a good evening hunt. It's cold 31 and wind blowing feels like 20

We thin them pretty good every year it's nothing to see 25-30 deer every sit with a good mix of bucks to does. If I where to take a guess we are 1-2 ratio we stay on top of it pretty good.
