Many moons ago, my buddies and I took a taxi ride home while in college in Austin. Driver stopped for an inordinately long time at 7-11 on MLK and left us and his keys in the taxi; my buddy soon proceeded to take us home in said taxi. He did use the radio to inform the taxi company of situation and final parking place of the taxi down the street from us 😂.
