No wood floor in a tree

At our last Lease we got off of, I had picked up a kids wooden plays set (Rainbow Systems) and took the main section of the playhouse and hoisted it up into a big live oak 25' off the ground. I drilled lag bolts through the frame and into intersecting limbs. It was very roomy and I could even lay down and take a nap. Covered the floor with carpet and put plywood over the slatted roof to keep it dry. Might be an idea for you. If I can find some pics, I'll post them up.
