The gig you have is either a "straight" >>>----> "Left" >>>----> "Right". The left and right have an offset already built into the gig so just fletch away.
If you look down or from the knock end towards the fletchings on your shafts you will notice the back end of the fletching either kicking to the left, right or not at all. (just slightly but they do kick one way or another if fletched left or right)

I have a Arizona EZ straight (but it has 1 deg offset to the right) and a Arizona right helical jigs and have used both sucessfully with Blazers.
Harvested game with the straight and passed the Hagerman qualifier too.
But I prefer the helical. I think...
I plan on fletching 6 arrows straight and 6 helical and doing my own test out ot 50 yds and see the difference.
As soon as it stops raining/sleeting/snowing/icing...

Just a prediction for WCBs test... about 1/2 inch lower at 50 yds, no noticable difference from 30 or closer. I have fletched straight for years, cause I have never seen a rocket with helical control fins. Just my own personal preference. Unless you lengthen your vanes to 3+inches, the difference will be minimal.

with field points I do not think that it really matters. I do however think it does with broadheads. I have in the past just offseted my clamp just a tad when I used vanes, but now that I use feathers I think that helical set feathers are the coolest looking thing since that last issue of Sports Illistated Swim suit edition.
