I caught a deer. Now what do I do with it? Sell it?

Saw this on Craigslist. Fresh caught yesterday and already fully processed and for sale. Including jerky with an amazing cure time! Granted, I bet they caught an exotic deer and surely they are licensed for the sale of the same. Get it while it is fresh!
