I'm sure it's been covered but couldn't find anything in search. Where would you place your blind in conjunction with your feeder to play the most wind directions in western Texas?

Google "wind rose" and I think you'll find the info you are looking for. When I get to the desktop instead of this iPad I'll verify and repost if needed.
One thing I've noticed is that we are having far, far, far more North and NE winds this year than any year in the past 8 that I've been hunting my current place, where prevailing winds have always been SE before.

I hunted Del Rio for over 30 years... prevailing winds were Southeast, and the other thing is the wind almost NEVER blows from the west for more than a couple hours when a front comes through. pretty much all my stands were on the West, maybe NNW at all my sets.
Same for my property in Liberty county...
Depending on the specifics, you may be able to just put your stand on the west side of your feeder and do just fine, however if the location of your feeder is such that the animals come from the west to southwest/northwest, then you may have to adjust your stand location. In Liberty county, this has been the case for several of my sets... In those cases, I just don't hunt if the wind is not right for the location.
