Turkey bacon, that will not do! My oldest son came out in the yard one day after going to the grocery store with my wife and said "here dad try this jerky." I almost puked. Tasted how I would imagine a gainsburger dog treat would taste, based on smell. He said it was turkey jerky. Pigs are for bacon, cows are for jerky! You can eat a healthy diet without sacrificing taste aka turkey bacon and jerky!

And, yeah. I've tried the turkey bacon multiple times. I fought back and got real pork back in the house. But.... I'm 40. In the end, my wife will win again, but, it will be for the best. It always is !!

Well, I convinced my wife that we don't eat enough bacon to be buying that crap. The hardest part is going to be taters. But cutting back on them won't be that bad. I'm just ready to get my strength back now. I guess it was a more serious procedure than I originally thought.

My best friend can't eat pork, and he brought some turkey bacon to camp once ... I was shocked how good it was.
