i am not sure of the percentages but there are a lot of "offers" that can not be backed up with money, it might not be over, if it is, it was the wrong place for you!

well i'll be ****ed... ya'll were right. the other person buying may have flaked out! contract signed but he still hasn't given ernest money. realtor contacted me today with a counter offer. I made my final offer and am waiting for response... crossing fingers!

oh, and the well was drilled. they hit 60 gpm at 140 feet but it started collapsing? so they raised it to 125 feet and have 30 gpm.. unheard of in that area apparently.
