What's a fair price? Should it be 1 bird or 2?

If you have that many I would go 2 birds. Like Bobby said you can easily get $250is a bird unguided. You could do like $300 for an unguided hunt that includes 1 bird then charge 250-300 for an extra bird and provide no meals. Hunters provide their own meals and pluckin.

$400 weekend per hunter with accommodations....limit one Tom. Could add a second bird for a fee. You would probably have plenty of interest if you have the birds.
