Computer Dudes.....Silverlight update???

I keep getting a small red pop-up window at the bottom of my computer screen that keeps saying that my Silverlight program is out of date. It then asks do I want to Run or Save. It claims to be a Microsoft program but I've never seen it before.

Legit??? Or Malware/Spam/Virus??

Silverlight is a legit Microsoft product similar to adobe flash. Microsoft discontinued it but still provide patches and bug fixes.
