Collin county deer leases - checking interest

What would you suppose a small Collin co piece of property to be worth for a season lease? Let's say it's about 15 acres, Has 600 yds of shared property line with the corps of engineers to the same river bottom that a few 200"+ deer were taken less than a mile away...asking for a friend...

I'm sure he could get quite a premium for it with the high caliber deer and proximity to DFW. I think $1500-2000 would be my guess

I'd say that's one long skinny piece of property. If "your friend" has any trail cam photos to show any deer come onto the property that would help. I can show you lots of properties that border great places like hagerman that deer rarely ever step foot on. But if he's got the bucks, he can get the buck$

Easily if there are any trees on it. Bare open land, maybe not, but probably.

He's not a deer hunter by any means, but last year when they had a poacher he stuck some cameras high up in the trees to catch them and ran across this one.
