    Samsung Pay

I got everything set up on my phone and my bank card, but I can't find anywhere that actually uses it.

Am i missing something? I use my card a lot and all I see is chip or swipe options. What do I need to look for to be able to use Samsung pay?

    Anyone else using it?

All I know is I'm tired of Samsung Pay popping up on my phone wanting me to enable it. I say no and a week later I get a notification on my phone wanting me to do it again.

May want to check, but you should be able to use it anywhere that takes a credit card. I believe you just hold it near the swiper. That's the biggest advantage to it over android pay. This is assuming you have an s6 or a 7?

You could delete the app. That should work

I've tried but since it's a Samsung phone and a Samsung app it won't let me uninstall it.

Shouldn't have to use fingerprint necessarily, but it will require some sort of password just to unlock your phone. (pattern, pin code, etc) after you unlock your phone you should be able to just hold the phone next to the card swiper. Might want to test it when there isn't a line behind you though! As far as setting up the capitol one wallet, I'm guessing you have it done. If you open the Samsung pay app does your capitol one card pop up?

Maybe you can't delete the app. But you can disable it if you go to settings, More, then Application Manager. Then work through the apps till you find it, and click. Or that's what I have to do with the S4.

Yes, card is active in both Samsung Pay and Capital One Wallet. I'll give it another try.

So you have the NFC turned on......Samsung app opened up.....and just put your phone up to the scanner thingy? That's it?

If you go Into settings> apps> Samsung pay there should be a way to disable the app

Download the "package disabler" app from Play store. That should do it.
