As it reads We need a couple options for loads going forward. Usually a 11' stake bed works and sometimes and 20' lowboy. I have decided to cut our in house fleet and pass the cost to the end user as a sub tier.

Primarily drywall and metal studs to commercial building sites.

Not entirely related, but if you have been doing your own delivery in house, then after you get rid of it, re-evaluate your commercial insurances.. The auto is usually the highest cost!
