Diesel Heads.. (Emissions) Need a little help..

My 2012 F350 is throwing out a code P2031.. exhaust gas temperature sensor circuit bank 1 sensor 2. I changed out what I think is that sensor.. (Between exhaust manifold and the cat-converter... Reset code. It worked for two days and returned.. Reset again, and drove it for about 650 miles before it returned. Reset and happened again in about 15 miles...
I've been looking for a diagram of the sensor locations, but having a hard time finding an actual diagram for the 2012.. Anybody happen to have one laying around???

If yours is like mine it will start doing this more frequently. If you plan to keep your truck for a while make sure you put some anti sieze on the nut, so you can get it off easy when it happens next time, and take all the others loose and apply anti sieze. All of my sensors have been changed under warranty and 1 bank 3 times. My truck is still under extended warranty but opted to buy the part off Ebay rather than mess with the time at dealer and loan car the last time it went out. Your sensor is the same sensor that has been replaced 3 times on my truck.

Had 1 go bad, so I replaced all 3...on the pipe..the #1 at the down pipe still reads good

So which one is bank 1 sensor 2? EGT 12?

swap 11 and 12 and see if the code changes. they are all the same part number.

Yes, first number is the bank... 1... second number is the sensor...2...
