Looking for a long term lease

Gonna stick my head out there and start looking for another lease for the next few years.

Looking for at least 2 spots, can fill in more if needed. Preferring something within 3.5 or so hour drive from Dallas. Both of us primarily bow hunt but would like to be able to have guests (shooting off our tags is perfectly fine), looking for an easy going group, we have all our own gear and could bring a lot to the table on an available lease. Lodging would be great but not 100% necessary if there is a place for a trailer. Electric/Water would be a plus.

Open on pricing, would like to keep it under $2500 for year round access but will consider anything if conditions are right.

Please let me know if you know of anything available! Can provide TBH references if necessary

I would like to be considered if enough spots available. Have trailer so Elec / Water would be good, unless there is a cabin etc. Bow hunt primarily but would like option for rifle hunt if OK. Have blinds and feeders. You can PM me if you need more info etc. I live in Montgomery (just north of The Woodlands).

I am looking as well only need one spot. I am willing to work, Mgt minded, would like a place with lodging but not required. Bow only is fine, or bow or gun is fine. 3.5 from Waco is preferred.
