    Stopping Low T?

I've been taking low T shots weekly for the past three years. Every quarter, I go in for blood work. The past lab results, T level was fine, but my estrogen level was through the roof as well as extremely high blood pressure. I've never had high blood pressure in my life.

I'm starting to thank the side effects are outweighing the benefits right now.

Has anyone ever stopped taking the T shots cold turkey? What are the side effects?

I do not take them, but have some friends that do.

They say its not a good idea to stop cold turkey, could have some serious adverse side effects to your nervous system and may cause you long term issues.

The longer you are on it, harder it is to get off.

Your Dr can give you something to control the high estrogen.

You may want to have additional tests on the high BP.

I take an Estrogen blocker and give blood every 60 days. That takes care of it for me.

Only issue my Dr found on my last lab work was a vitamin D deficiency. Now I just take a one daily vitamin and an extra vitamin D every morning.
