Ok, so I've been bowhunting for about 5 years now (can't remember exactly). Thus far, I've been shooting and enjoying the use of my Tru Ball releases. I've had a couple and settled in on the particular model I liked. The strap was starting to wear a little bit. So, I've been thinking about getting a new one. There was a thread last week or so about releases and there were several guys that said that their Tru Ball had broken and they ended up punching themselves in the face. And, me being the manly man that I am,
I didn't want to punch myself in the face, knock myself out, fall out a tree and break the ground and my bow with my head. So, I decided to try a Scott. I picked up the Mongoose XT. I haven't even shot with it yet, but it sure is nice. I think I'm going to really like it once I get it all adjusted and get used to it.
That is all.... carry on!
