Needing a quote from a N. Tx knife maker

I'm needing 2 knives made similar to the ones pictured. I'm not wanting to spend a ton but I want them to be nice.
I will provide the jaw bones, I just need the blade and sheath made.

I think super glue would hold them.

They would be for commemorating someone's first deer. Probably would not be for use.
