    Broadcasting Protein

My deer love the record rack berry blocks so I put out some of the protein pellets and they're hammering it. Since they're about the size of corn I was thinking about mixing some with corn in the broadcast feeder. Any issues with this??

You should be alright mixing that with corn!

Just remember though, if there's moisture on the ground, the protein pellets will swell and go bad!!

If you mix to much protein with the corn is will clog up the feeder. I would use a free choice feeder for the protein.

It will likely clog your feeder.

I used this exact same stuff for about 3 months in my broadcasting feeder with no issues. If your feeder isn't very water right you will have major clogging issues for sure.

I think that the Record Rack Golden Nuggets will work fine in a spincast feeder.
