    Yote Problems ?

I hunt near Charlotte Tx. down south of San Antonio.
I have noticed a big decline in Fawn sightings.
We see Does that do not have the little ones tagging along.
We have a load of Coyotes that I think might be the cause of our Fawn decline.
    Anyone noticing the same?

I noticed last weekend that most does had kicked off the fawns, which should lead to Thanksgiving starting the ruts in Tilden...........plenty of fawns around with some twins, but noticed the does that still had a young fawn were in bad shape. We need rain like right now!

      Lung,
do you have a lot of hogs there too? They will kill them also.

Noticed this fawn a few weeks ago in our food plot. The doe was BONEY and didn't look good.
        Very late fawn !

Yes Abbott- but we have thinned them out pretty good over the last 10 years.
10 years ago, when I got on the lease, There were tons of hogs and tons of Fawns. Now, we don't see any fawns.

Dennis, over at our place near McCoy, we've had a good crop of fawns. Still tons of pigs and coyote, but all the deer look healthy. How's your plot coming along?
