I started hunting last night and will be at the lease until Monday morning. It's our last chance to hunt it for the year and we have only killed one buck of 4 allowed so far. Plus way behind on management stuff. Going to try to hunt. I have ground blinds for all of us. Heaters for lil doc and jr. Going to go make sure rifle is dialed in. Have a could rifle blinds tuned up just in case. Never have sat in one here! Even put corn and milo out in range of the trailer so if it's just awful there is a chance. Have my 2 bows, 2 crossbows and a 7mm-08 ready to work. Just need some windows in the weather!
We have two pop ups and the rest are tree stands and tripods. Lease is bow only and the two pop ups are a bad wind for this weekend. Kind of pointless to head out for me. With this being your last chance there better be plenty blood!!
