I just got a KME and love it. I've noticed something on blades with a lot of belly like my skinner or my longer blades. I mark the edge with sharpie and it doesn't get taken off near the tip of longer blades, especially if they have much belly. The angle gets too shallow when you get out to the tip.
My question is do I: A. reprofile the edge near the tip B. increase the angle C. move the clamp further down the blade to sharpen just the tip?
