My Daughter just turned 7 and has been hunting with me for years but after a lot of practice i was finally comfortable putting her behind the rifle to try and harvest a deer, after several hunts without a good opportunity at a mature animal we finally had a chance at a big ol tom and she executed the shot perfectly! A few more hunts go by and i have more confidence than ever in her ability and we finally got our opportunity at a big mature doe and she made a perfect shot with her 300 blackout and the deer made it 25 yards before piling up and i couldn't be more proud right now! Its an amazing experience sharing my passion with my children and i am very blessed to be able to do so!
